Friday's New parents Drop In Group
Public Health nurse is onsite the first and third Friday of the month. The public health nurse can provide additional support with:
- weighing your baby
- breast / chest feeding and nutrition support
- general health and infant development questions

Maternal Mental Wellness Group
Are you a new mom who is looking for social connection and peer-support? Do you have a child under 18 months?
Topics covered:
- self care
- coping strategies
- maternal wellness
- mental health and mood disorders
Come together with other moms in a relaxing and welcoming environment.
